The MAUI 11 G3 delivers a big, punchy, and precise sound with 730 W RMS power (1460 W peak), convincing in every application: as a main PA for concerts, as a sound system for mobile DJs, or as a sound reinforcement system at weddings, corporate events, and more.

The MAUI 11 G3 is equipped with three 6.5" woofers, eight 3" fullrange speakers, and two 1" neodymium compression drivers. They are powered by a lightweight Class-D amplifier with a powerful 1000-watt peak output, producing strong bass, balanced mids, and precise, silky highs. LD Systems’ DynX DSP technology ensures top-class performance and maximum distortion freedom at all times. It includes a multiband limiter that protects against clipping, EQ, compressor, and a 3-way crossover with time alignment. The MAUI 11 G3’s line-array design achieves greater range, increased feedback resistance, and wider room coverage, making separate monitor speakers unnecessary. The tweeter waveguide was developed using the Boundary Element Method (BEM), a numerical simulation of sound radiation and propagation. It reduces reflections from floors and ceilings, prevents side lobes, and achieves a homogeneous dispersion pattern – your audience hears you just as clearly in the back row as in the front.

With its elegant design, the MAUI 11 G3 looks especially harmonious. The two aluminum column elements sit at the front edge of the subwoofer in the MAUI G3 series, enhancing the seamless visual impression. The columns house 6x 3.5" midrange drivers, which, combined with the innovative phase-plug design and the 2x 1" tweeters, ensure even sound distribution with constant horizontal dispersion. Additionally, the BEM-optimized waveguide in front of the tweeters carries high frequencies to the rear audience areas.

The crossover point, the transition between midrange and tweeter speakers, was also carefully designed to reduce harmonic distortion and cancellations, making the sound even more transparent and powerful. The result: an exceptionally precise reproduction of vocals and instruments across the entire 120° x 30° dispersion area.

The MAUI 11 G3 columns are designed as cardioid speakers. This provides controlled low-mid radiation to the front and up to 18 dB attenuation at the rear, creating a clean stage sound field.

With the two larger 8" drivers and four bass reflex ports, the noticeably more powerful subwoofer reproduces bass down to 39 Hz clearly and punchily. Using a second subwoofer allows the bass range to be boosted by 6 dB and operated in cardioid configuration at the push of a button (preset). Furthermore, the extremely durable polyurea coating on the subwoofer withstands even the toughest road use without problems.

The MAUI 11 G3 is a true sound machine but also impresses with practical features for DJs, musicians, and technicians in everyday use. Thanks to Bluetooth® 5.0 and AAC encoding, the column PA becomes a versatile sound system.
