OREA Series: Eliminates harmful vibrations and delivers greater clarity and focus. The OREAs are ideal for electronic components such as amplifiers, D/A converters, CD players, speakers and turntables. These stainless-steel isolators feature a flat design to minimize any increase in height.
Each OREA model is designed for a specific weight range. Each unit has a colored ring on the lower isolator that indicates the model and weight capacity. The OREA series is packaged individually to give you flexibility in choosing how many units to use. Depending on the weight, we recommend using at least three units under each audio component.
Greater Sound Clarity
The top section of the OREAs is designed to provide a suction-cup-like effect that adheres to the underside of the audio component, while the lower section grips the stand surface. All energy is managed in the core of the OREAs, which are tuned to operate within specific weight ranges. This results in greater clarity and a more open soundstage that delivers an authentic, three-dimensional sound.
Works With or Without Feet
The existing feet of an audio component generally mate well with the top OREA isolator. Alternatively, you can achieve even better performance by removing the feet entirely or by placing the OREAs beside the existing feet so they make direct contact with the component's chassis.
Weight Capacity
The OREAs are designed to be used in multiples to support the weight of an audio component or speaker. Typically three or four OREA isolators are used per component or speaker, but remember it's most important to stay within the OREA isolator's weight capacity.
Also consider the component's weight distribution. For example, if the component is heaviest at the rear, use three isolators with two at the rear corners and one positioned at the front/center.
