OREA Series: Eliminates harmful vibrations and delivers more sonic clarity and focus. The OREAs are ideal for electronic components such as amplifiers, D/A converters, CD players, speakers and turntables. These stainless-steel isolators feature a low-profile design to minimize any increase in height.
Each OREA model is intended for a specific weight range. Each has a colored ring on the lower isolator that indicates the model and weight capacity. The OREA series is packaged individually to give you greater flexibility in choosing how many units to use. Depending on weight, we recommend at least 3 units under each audio component.
Greater Sound Clarity
The top of the OREAs is designed to provide a suction-cup-like effect and grip the underside of the audio component, while the bottom stays non-slip on the stand surface. All energy is managed in the OREAs’ core, which is tuned to operate within specific weight ranges. This yields greater clarity and a more open soundstage that delivers an authentic, three-dimensional sound.
Works With or Without Feet
The existing feet of an audio component conform well to the top OREA isolator. Alternatively, you can achieve even better performance by either removing the feet entirely or placing the OREAs next to the existing feet so they connect directly to the component's chassis.
Weight Capacity
The OREAs are designed to be used in multiples to carry the weight of the audio component or speaker. Typically 3 or 4 OREA isolators are used for each component or speaker, but remember it's most important to stay within the OREA isolator's weight capacity.
Also consider the component's weight distribution. For example, if the component is heaviest at the rear, use 3 isolators with 2 positioned at the rear corners and 1 at the front/center.
