The integrated stereo amplifier BC Acoustique EX-234 was specially designed for audiophile music lovers to guarantee a faithful reproduction of their favorite music. It delivers a power output of 2 x 80W RMS (8 Ohm), and thanks to its powerful power supply, 2 x 140W (4 Ohm). It is equipped with both analog and digital connections as well as an integrated Bluetooth antenna.
It features a Bluetooth receiver that allows streaming music from tablets and smartphones. Furthermore, it offers three analog inputs (2x RCA, XLR), an AUX in (3.5 mm jack), a phono input, as well as two optical and two coaxial inputs to connect the TV audio output or another digital source.
The "Pre-Out" output can be used to connect a subwoofer or for bi-amping.
Top-Quality Components for Maximum Music Enjoyment
The S/PDIF input is connected to an AK4112 chip, and the analog-to-digital conversion is supported by a PCM1606E circuit from Texas Instruments. The maximum sampling rate is 24 bit at 192 kHz on the coaxial and optical inputs.
Digital Inputs
The optical digital input takes priority over the coaxially connected source—unless the source connected to the optical input is turned off.
